Schubert has been active in the field of pharmaceutical final packaging for some 20 years and has continuously evolved into a key partner to the pharmaceutical industry in the area of top-loading applications.
In order to meet this growth and increasing industry demands, Schubert consolidated the expertise of individual departments within the
Schubert-Pharma organisation in 2014 – beginning with sales and project planning, through design and project management, to qualification and validation.
Since Schubert-Pharma was first established, it has distinguished itself with application-oriented project planning. Unlike in other organisations, additional functions such as labeling BFS ampoules are entirely integrated into the TLM system control concept. The most important user benefit is the simple operation of these functions, since no additional user interfaces or HMIs are required – the systems are perfectly integrated within a single installation. The integration possibilities are extremely diverse and range from simple functional additions such as labelling systems all the way through to complex data management systems (Track & trace).
An expert team works closely with customers in all phases from concept development through to handing over to production.
